Do I get full root access?

Of course, you will have root acces to your VPS. You will be able to connect using SSH.
What is your uptime guarantee?

We strive to provide the best uptime possible. We guarantee an uptime of 99.9%. We will provide a 10% discount for every 0.1% below 99.9% up to 100% of your monthly fee. Uptime does not include downtime caused by mistakes made by clients, scheduled maintenance or hardware failures.
How long does it take before the VPS is online?

After payment is made, your VPS will be online in no more then 30 minutes; however it could take up to 24 hours in case your order is flagged as fraud for someone to review it manually.
